MRA Reward Good Business Skills
“Employing the right staff is essential to any company,” says Mike Rigby of Michael Rigby Associates. “And we have taken a slightly unorthodox approach to attract people to MRA. By rewarding business skills at our local secondary school we attract talented young people”.
“Each year we present the MRA prize for business related skills which was won by Richard Watts. Over the past seven years we have employed several students. We welcome interest from sixth formers and graduates who consider a career in research, marketing or PR”.
“With tougher economic times ahead, recruiting the right staff becomes even more essential. It’s important to remember that your company is only as good as its people.”
A recent example of getting things right was highlighted when MRA were finalist in the 2002 Construction Industry Marketing Awards for PR.
